About this apartment rental
Ornella—unique, stylish, and historic accommodations in a half-timbered house built in 1790, located directly on the Mandau River. Rustic yet high-quality furnishings. Designer beds made from reclaimed wooden beams, antiques, a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sauna, an outdoor hot tub, a TV in every bedroom, a large kitchen with a dining area, and a private, fenced-in garden. Sleeps 5.
A visitor’s tax of 1.40 EUR per adult per night, as well as the actual electricity costs at 0.45 EUR/kWh, will be charged on site.
The accommodation
Ornella is one of two vacation apartments located in the newly renovated, over 230-year-old half-timbered house “Hexe.” The vacation rental is on the first floor and has its own entrance as well as its own garden area.
The vacation rental is furnished in a historic and rustic style, partly with antiques and partly with designer furniture such as our beam beds.
Bedroom 1 features a double bed (180x200) and a smaller bed (140x200).
Bedroom 2 features a double bed (180x200).
The house has two unique bathrooms: the small bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and toilet, and the second bathroom with a sauna, shower, and toilet.
The apartment includes an outdoor hot tub for exclusive use.
The cozy log-paneled living room is perfect for watching TV, reading, relaxing, or even game nights; it is primarily furnished with antiques.
Please note the low ceiling heights in parts of the apartment (1.85 m at the beams) and the height of the entry door (1.75 m).
The fully equipped kitchen seats up to 5 people and includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and TV.
Two free parking spaces are available on the property for the apartment.
