Best view in Budva

The apartment was amazing! Sasha (the owner) of it was really nice and recommended us some nice bars, clubs and restaurant. The walk from the apartment to the local beach is like 5 minutes by foot.

The apartment wasn't so clean. There was bad smell in the kitchen cabins and refrigerator. The refrigerator didn't work so well and wasn't cold enough. The air condition in one of the bedrooms didn't work. The drainage in both showers are located in wrong place and all water spilled on the bathroom's floor. The small bathroom with toilet has big clear window which made it not comfortable to use.

Very spacious great host

The views are stunning! It's actually one of the best views in the surrounding area. The apartment is huge - it has a lot of space, a big terrace with sunbeds, 3 bedrooms and in one bedroom there is extra small room for a baby with a baby bed. The location is very convenient, has underground parking so the car is not heated by the sun. The owner is great and always ready to help !

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen – unprofessionell, unhygienisch und unfreundlich Wir sind abends angekommen und wurden sofort zu einem anderen Ort geschickt, wo uns mitgeteilt wurde, dass wir nicht in die gebuchte Unterkunft könnten – angeblich aus „verschiedenen Gründen“. Stattdessen wurde uns eine andere Unterkunft angeboten, die kleiner, unhygienisch und schimmelig war und dazu noch teurer. Wir haben das abgelehnt. Trotzdem wurde uns mehrfach gedroht, dass der Betrag von unserer Karte abgebucht würde, auch wenn wir nicht dort bleiben. Unsere mehrfachen Bitten, die Buchung vom Anbieter stornieren zu lassen, wurden ignoriert. Die Mängel (Schimmel, schlechte Hygiene) wurden verharmlost. Das Verhalten war unfreundlich, aggressiv und sehr aufdringlich – man wollte uns um jeden Preis zum Bleiben zwingen. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht, mit 8 Personen (davon 4 kleine Kinder), selbst ein Hotel suchen – eine enorme Belastung. Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter, besonders für Familien oder Reisende aus der EU. Nicht kindgerecht, nicht professionell. Betrifft: Budva Gate und Apartment Harmonija (direkt am Hotel Harmonija). Englisch Absolutely not recommended – unprofessional, unhygienic, and aggressive We arrived in the evening and were told we could not stay in the accommodation we had booked, for vague “various reasons.” Instead, we were offered a smaller, more expensive place that was dirty, moldy, and completely unsuitable. We refused. The host repeatedly threatened to charge our card even if we didn’t stay and refused multiple requests to cancel the booking on their side. They downplayed all the hygiene and mold issues and acted aggressively, trying to pressure us to stay at any cost. We ended up, late at night, searching for a hotel for 8 people (including 4 small children) – a nightmare. Bottom line: Avoid this provider at all costs, especially if you are traveling with children or from the EU. Not family-friendly, not professional.
