Quiet & Comfy

Perfect for our needs, nice and close to where we needed to be. The little touches in the "minibar" were a welcome surprise - thank you!

The walls were paper thin and we could hear literally everything from next door, dishwashing, talking, toilet, everything. Whilst we aimed to be as quiet as possible, it felt like the people next door were aiming to be as noisy as possible.

The location suited us as a couple in Perth for our first time to explore the area without travelling across a great distance. The couch and arm chair were comfortable and we were very pleased with the little extras, chocolates, chips, bottled water. It was very handy being able to use the washing machine for a quick cycle and hang our clothes on the line as we did stay 5 nights. Its a very peaceful area in terms of traffic and you get to enjoy hearing the birds. Rug in the lounge is a nice touch as tiled floors are cooler in winter.

No fault of the owners but the very far property which is connected to this house complex had a huge party Saturday night that went until 3am Sunday morning, the music was incredibly loud and vibrational. Seems like that part is a rental property as it constantly had lots of cars out the front. Who ever is in the place immediately connected was often up around 7am (as we are so its not an issue just worth noting) we could hear banging and clanging noises from there for around 15mins at a time sounded like food prep/dishes but not sure.

A brilliant value for money small apartment with outside space that provide lots of little extra food and drink items all FOC to help you relax in a quiet setting.

Was a little further out of Fremantle centre than expected but didn’t detract from overall stay.

We liked the location and the fact we could park behind gates. The property was well presented and comfortable for what we needed. It was a nice touch having netflix available and free wifi.

The property was advertised as having an EV charging station, however we found out after asking that this was simply a power point, so I feel it probably shouldn't be advertised as an EV charging station. The kitchen was outside, and we had to carry toasters, etc outside to use them. When it rained, the carport got flooded as the down pipes aren't connected.
