It was close to the town centre. It was immacolate, comfortable, everything was provided; you could live there.

Great location. Walking distance to many of Freo's best attractions. Secure off street parking.

The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to feel comfy
There were road work (jackhammer) at night literally in front of the house the whole 3 nights I was there. The host didn't bother to warn me beforehand or offer any options once I told him about it.
The house is not as quiet as I expected it (even during the day) due to dense car traffic on the main road.

Location (if you drive) and carparking right infront of the door was excellent.
Very small sink to wash the dishes, tap always swings from cold to scalding hot even at 1 angle position.
No bbq facilities
Insufficient heating in the living room. Even with the heater and electric blanket.
Bidet can be added
Shower faucet does not release water evenly, hot water has to go through many turns, cold water is quarter turn.
