Great location. Walking distance to many of Freo's best attractions. Secure off street parking.
Being asked for a bond, and charged for credit card use.

The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to feel comfy
There were road work (jackhammer) at night literally in front of the house the whole 3 nights I was there. The host didn't bother to warn me beforehand or offer any options once I told him about it. The house is not as quiet as I expected it (even during the day) due to dense car traffic on the main road.
