1BR Apt 2 min away from Fremantle Hospital - Hosted by Canstay

A central location in a funky little retro flat. I loved having the Yogalab at my back door and being so close to transport and all the fun stuff about Freo. The communication was excellent as well.

I was lucky that no one was next door as the walls are a bit thin...

Amazing location. Good table, desk space for working remotely. Friendly neighbors & incredible yoga location right next door to yogalab!

Just a little noisy - but what can you do about that in such a prime busy location! Just take some headphones if you are super sensitive to sound like me. But overall, really great set-up.

Location was fantastic and close to amenities. Apartment size was good and all utilities were available. Inclusion of communal laundry was good. No parking issues.

Steep staircases to upstairs unit not disclosed (noting booking confirmation did note there were stairs for upstairs apartments). Condition of unit was not good. Flaking paint and wall plaster. Appeared to have rising damp on side wall in internal staircase. Balcony wall has significant cracking and on balcony floor in same area. External staircase extremely narrow and steep whilst being metal (very slippery when wet)! Leaking taps in kitchen and bathroom. Door locks sticking and hard to operate. Wasnt very clean (ceiling fan had inch thick dust coating, sand on table from last user) etc. Clearly photos used are of the best apartment. Host tried to have me cancel booking within 24 hours of arrival because of 'urgent repairs' with no alternate arrangements offered. Booking.com had to step in to resolve.
