L'appartamento è molto ben strutturato e luminoso, pur trovandosi al piano interrato. E' molto curato, ha un ampio living con tutti i confort e gli elettrodomestici, 2 camere e 2 bagni. Si trova vicino alla fermata di un bus comodo per i musei, mentre la metro di trova a 20 minuti a piedi.
Ho riscontrato poca sensibilità da parte degli addetti alle pulizie con cui ho mi sono dovuta interfacciare il giorno della partenza. La barriera linguistica, da parte loro, sicuramente non è stata di aiuto, e quindi mi sono trovata parecchio in difficoltà perché era impossibile comunicare e risolvere l'equivoco sull'orario di check-out.

It was comfortable with good amount of space for a family with children. Furniture was in good condition, as well as the overall equipment. Staff members were helpful trying to make sure everything was ok. For a couple or a family up to 4 members, I’d say it was perfect.
The location. There was a station 100 meters away but it didn’t have the best connections, so changing was always needed regardless the destination. If you don’t mind walking a bit more, not an issue.

We had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the apartment. It is ideally located, just a short walk from Kensington Olympia Station and beautiful Holland Park. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and during the unusually warm summer weather, the apartment stayed comfortably cool, which was a big plus.
The main area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the barbecue area, as we decided not to use it for that reason.
