Not great value for money. Very noisy and not up to standard.

The property was spacious with a nice kitchen and outside area. On site parking was great.

It was too close to train line which made it quite noisy. The single beds were not suitable for adults. The garden/grass was overgrown which created a mosquito problem. There was no bbq plate to cook on. The management was extremely difficult to contact prior to arriving to the point where we thought that we’d been scammed. All that was required was a response when contacted. The towels in the bathroom were the size of tea towels and quite musty smelling. We needed to wash them in order to be used.

Gli spazi ampi della casa, la posizione perfetta per girare i dintorni.

Assenza completa di accoglienza, la pulizia pessima, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto in cucina dalle forchette alle pentole ai bicchieri, il frigorifero maleodorante di pesce. Gli spazi esterni inutilizzabili, sia per la sporcizia sia perché le luci esterne erano o fulminate o assenti proprio le lampadine le plafoniere erano talmente sporche che non si riusciva a capire. Eravamo 4 ospiti con solo due sedie nel giardino, e impossibile sedercisi sopra per lo sporco. Una casa così esige che ci sia una persona ad aspettarti che ti spieghi come funziona il riscaldamento, e come funziona tutto il resto. Siamo arrivati alle 15 e la casa era congelata c'erano 16° con riscaldamento acceso.Il modem nascosto nel sottoscala. L'illuminazione sia nelle camere da letto che nei bagni insufficienti.Neppure 1 bottiglia d'acqua, ma questa non era dovuta, il resto si.

Casa fantastica, grande e molto comoda. Super attrezzata anche la cucina

Le luci davanti alla porta di casa e del corridoio al piano superiore non funzionavano, la sera col buio non era proprio il massimo

Lucca Comics 2025 - 5 amici

Bellissima villetta indipendente con parcheggio indipendente, ottima posizione per visitare Lucca e il Lucca Comics, a pochi chilometri. Casa ben arredata e ampia, ideale per 5 persone e con tutti i comfort. Abbiamo trovato anche un giardino spazioso e molto curato. Host super disponibile e gentile. Consigliata!

L'impianto elettrico è un pò confusionario anche se moderno e non abbiamo capito come accendere le luci esterne (ma non abbiamo chiesto delucidazioni all'host sinceramente). Da migliorare leggermente la pulizia interna, abbiamo trovato un pò di polvere su arredo e mobili.

Stadtvilla auf dem Weg zum "Lost Place"

Es war mal eine hochwertig ausgestattete Stadtvilla.

Haus und Anwesen waren stark vernachlässigt und ungepflegt. In den Ecken stapelten sich die Besitztümer der ehemaligen Bewohner - Ausweisdokumente, persönliche Unterlagen, alte Kleidung und sogar persönliche Körperpflegeartikel. Die Sauberkeit war schlicht ungenügend, Reinigungsmittel und -gerätschaften waren überreichlich vorhanden, wurden aber offensichtlich gar nicht oder unqualifiziert genutzt (Schmierige Oberflächen und Staubknäuel). Die Küche war unbeschreiblich! Beschädigte Ausstattungsgegenstände wurden lediglich in die Ecken geräumt bzw nicht repariert (Glasscheibe im Obergeschoss, blockierte Fensterläden im Erdgeschoss, diverse alte Staubsauger, verschimmelter Tiefkühlschrank, alte Bettvorleger und noch viel mehr. Der vernachlässigte Garten war ein ideales Rückzugsgebiet für Moskitos, eine wahre Plage. Die Vermieterin haben wir nie gesehen. Kontakt bestand lediglich per WhatsApp. Auf den Reinigungszustand angesprochen wurde lediglich mitgeteilt "The house it´s clean, because what´s wrong?" Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, nachdem wir eine schöne, saubere Wohnung in wenigen Kilometern Entfernung gefunden hatten. Wir haben uns zur Erinnerung viele Bilder und Videos gemacht. Nicht, dass wir das mal verdrängen....

Muy bien relación precio calidad.

Cercanía de Lucca y el norte de La Toscana la casa estaba muy linda pero no había dos camas de matrimonio como decía el anuncio en Booking.

Tuvimos muchos problemas para hacer el checking on line utilizan una aplicación muy automática e impersonal que da error y te quita tiempo precioso de tus vacaciones. Y por supuesto que solo había una cama de matrimonio y cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que unieran las dos camas separadas. Si anuncian dos camas de matrimonio con foto, deberían estar montadas.

Abitazione grande e confortevole però migliorabile nella pulizia.

La struttura era composta da un bel giardino con portico e struttura esterna attrezzata di tavolo sedie e caminetto. L’interno molto spazioso e ben arredato. Lavatrice e Lavastoviglie

Le pentole e alcune stoviglie erano sporche, anche per terra una spazzata ci poteva stare. Una mattina alle 8:00 senza avviso ci siamo trovati i giardinieri in giro per il giardino. Manca l’aria condizionata che in qualche occasione sarebbe utile.

Na pewno jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy!

Dom idealnie wyposażony - pełen komfort i dostęp do wszystkich mediów sprawiły, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Przestronny ogród do dyspozycji wczasowiczów. Z kuchni wyjście bezpośrednio na zadaszony tarasik, gdzie mogliśmy delektować się posiłkami i kawą. Dom jest przestronny, wygodny i czysty. Gorąco polecamy ten obiekt wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego miejsca na wypoczynek w komfortowych warunkach. Bardzo pomocna opiekunka domu, która była z nami w stałym kontakcie.

La casa era fornita di una libreria assai interessante! Non era una casa "impersonale", destinata all'uso di "forestieri", ma una vera casa un tempo vissuta e assai ospitale.
