L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble mais il est indépendant avec un petit jardinet pour garer la voiture. La cuisine est fonctionnelle mais le four est inutilisable. Le passage du jardinet à l'appartement est appréciable.
Il est difficile de comprendre les explications pour trouver les clés et pour se garer. L'accès au jardin-parking est compliqué pour une voiture de type SUV. L'appartement est mal insonorisé, on entend les bruits de l'extérieur et du couloir. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sentent le renfermé. Les meubles et la décoration sont vétustes.

Parcheggio privato.
Al nostro arrivo c’erano 14 gradi. Il proprietario è stato gentile e ci ha detto di accendere il riscaldamento. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava L’appartamento non era pulito, capelli sopra le coperte e sporcizia con briciole in cucina.
