Posizione comodissima: il centro pedonalizzato è a 1 minuto a piedi. La zona in cui si trova l'appartamento è però tranquilla. I proprietari sono gentilissimi: ci hanno trasferiti loro dal e al porto e ci hanno fornito molte informazioni e assistenza. L'appartamento è spazioso e ben climatizzato. La colazione (ottima) viene servita in un bar in centro. Piccoli sconti per cena in alcuni locali convenzionati.
Insonorizzazione migliorabile. Bici a noleggio (dei proprietari) non proprio nuovissime. Ma il tutto è ampiamente compensato dai punti di forza sopra elencati e - soprattutto - dalla squisita cortesia e disponibilità dei proprietari.

La posizione è ottima per muoversi a piedi la sera e cmq la casa, storica, è molto silenziosa. Bagno e camera matrimoniale super spaziosi. I proprietari delle persone molto disponibili. Abbiamo trovato anche il frigo con acqua e frutta. Tutto molto curato e super pulito. Ad un costo giornaliero hanno anche le bici. Per il servizio colazione hanno una convenzione con bar a pochi minuti, molto comodo. Ci ritorneremmo anche domani!

너무너무 친절한 숙소 호스트 Valerio와 그의 아내의 따뜻한 안내가 가장 좋았어요. 저희가 짐이 많은 편이었는데, 차량을 이용해 항구로 픽업과 드랍을 도와주셨습니다.
숙소 인테리어는 빈티지하면서도 고급스러워요. 소품 하나하나 신경을 많이 쓰신 것이 느껴졌어요. 구석구석 구경하는 재미가 있었습니다 !
에어컨이 있어서 시원했고, 침대도 너무 좋아서 정말 푹 잤답니다ㅎㅎ 간식거리도 챙겨주시고, 추천 맛집들 할인쿠폰도 챙겨주셔서, 배부르게 잘 다녔어요!
중심가랑 가까워서, 저녁 늦게 돌아다녀도 걱정이 없어요. 숙소 2분거리부터 맛집들이 있거든요! 항구랑 가까워서, 보트투어 끝나고 숙소에서 쉬고, 다시 놀러 나가기에도 부담이 없더라구요.
저희는 몇년 안에 파비냐나에 꼭 다시 올 예정이고, 그 때도 이 숙소를 고를거에요 ! 정말 추천합니다❤️
