Casa Winnie

Just home from an amazing week away at casa Winnie. Our host Sara was incredible, very informative, sorted airport transfers to and from the airport, nothing was too much trouble!! She left us extra towels for the pool and water in the fridge ready for our late arrival and even came to see us the following day to make sure everything was ok. The rooms were all air conditioned (well needed) and there was a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. The master bedroom had a balcony which was lovely to sit out on early morning or on an evening. La Zenia Boulevard is a 10 minute walk from the apartment with lots of shops and places to eat. The beach is around 25/30 minute walk and well worth it to watch the sunrise! Playa Flamenca market is brilliant lots of stalls with bags, clothes and football T-shirts definitely worth a visit. If you are wanting to get about and see more of Alicante I would highly recommend hiring a car as athe Uber’s are ridiculously expensive. I would 100% stay at Casa Winnie again and would give 5* for the host and communications throughout - Thank You Sara! 💕

Nothing I didn’t like but I would say the sun-beds need replacing as both were quite old and bulky to carry round to the swimming pool. Maybe some newer lightweight ones would be easier 🫶🏽

Casa muy cómoda, tiene todo necesario para cortas y largas estancias. Hay aire acondicionado en toda la casa (Lo cual en verano, se agradece). La cocina tiene todos los utensilios necesarios y hasta mas. Habitaciones de buen tamaño, todas con armario. Dos baños en toda la casa, muy comodos. La chica que nos ha atendido, fue muy amable, agradable y comunicativa. Cerca de la casa, hay supermercados, restaurantes y un gran centro comercial. Las playas están a pocos minutos en coche. Tiene piscina. En general nos hemos llevado una excelente impresión tanto de la casa, como la zona y las personas que nos han atendido. Recomendado totalmente.

everything is thought out in the villa and there is everything you need in a house for living. It is quite far from the sea, if you don't have a car, it will be difficult. Very calm and quiet area, good pool

for the fact that we left earlier at 4 in the morning, and not at 12, €50 was taken from the deposit. The bed had not been washed when we moved in, there was a lot of black hair on the floor and small shards of glass near the front door, good thing I saw because we were with small children and they could have hit them. The refrigerator was also not washed well.
