The location was great - easy walking to tram and Galata Tower. The room was comfortable and having a washing machine was a bonus. Helpful staff too.
All our needs were well met.

I really appreciated the early check in. Was really tired after a long flight and the hotel did his best to prépare the room early. The area is wonderful, the room well equipped and what a view on the bosphore from my balcony ! Staff was very nice and very réactive.
Yes a bit ecpensive for the best hotel suite . But cost of life is increasing for every thing in Istanbul and it is a very popular area . So no regrets .

The location was excellent, with plenty of sights and cafés nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had an issue—for example, they replaced the broken kettle promptly. The 24/7 reception was also a pleasant surprise for such a small hotel.
The room felt quite small for two people and lacked a bit of space. It was consistently very hot at night, even with the air conditioning running. The renovation also seemed unfinished—one power outlet was loose, and the bathroom door handle was coming off. The kettle didn’t work, and we had to request a replacement.
