La ubicación es excelente, cerca de la playa. Las instalaciones, como la piscina, muy buenas. La zona de balcón muy cómoda y agradable. La casa muy fresca, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y de forma silenciosa.
Algunas de las zonas podrían mejorarse, por ejemplo la mampara de la ducha no corría bien. Las almohadas muy duras y muy altas.

The property was bright, spacious and good aircon, with excellent facilities throughout.
The lounge area and balcony were lovely and we enjoyed having our breakfast outside in the sunshine!
It’s a very quiet and safe development with a good pool area with plenty sun lounges and umbrellas.
Good parking space in the basement.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Heel fijn verblijf gehad. Mooi en proper appartement, goed uitgerust en ook een fijne locatie, dicht bij alles. Zeker aan te raden!
Als ik iets klein moet vermelden als werkpunt, zou ik alleen zeggen dat het wel fijn zou zijn als er meer handdoeken aanwezig zouden zijn. Zowel voor de douche als bv. ook voor aan het zwembad. Hier hadden we zelf niet op gerekend. Voor de rest was alles super.

The location of this apartment is very good, close to marbella. The living room area was spacious and nice the balcony also, our favourite part of the apartment.
The pool was nice, lifeguard on duty.
The beds were very hard. No extra pillows one per person.
The bathrooms and kitchen was fine but very outdated. The floors needed to be cleaned, well vacuumed but dirty.
Another note, we payed 20 euros for a late check in fee witch was, us opening a key box. There was no person at property handing us keys so we did not quite understand why we were paying for a late check in fee.
There was no lock on the balcony door by the living room.
