Pet-Friendly Boise Getaway 2 Mi to Downtown!

The location was somewhat ideal for us. We were in the area for a family reunion and some of the extended family stayed in a hotel in Downtown. Many of us brought pets, so having a great dog park near us (Ann Morrison, NOT Morris Hill) was wonderful. The property itself was beautiful and the house was cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities and more you could hope for. The beds were the perfect firmness and the closet space ample for our family. The dining room table made for great gatherings of our family who stayed in the house. Having only one full bathroon did not diminish from our stay at all.

There were a lot of wild critters in the area and ON or around the property. The first night our pup encountered a skunk in the backyard! The dog kennel has obviously not been used in months as it was covered in spiders and webs - there was NO way we were putting our beloved dog in there nor was he safe to left in the backyard unattended as there were two hawks nearby, a family of skunks came through the next day, and the side gate was not secure. There were these flying beetle type of bugs everywhere and IN the house. We would clean them up only to find a ton of them with in minutes. No idea where they came in from but there was no getting away from them. The property had been mowed and watered, but that was really the only upkeep there seemed to have been...sad. There were no tools to really clean the house such as a dust pan or mop. We were left with only clorox wipes to do any sort of cleaning. Also, we had to reach out the the third party manager to get any sort of information on the property, until the day or so before. Only then did the property manager reach out.
