"The property was clean, spacious, had everything we needed. The hot tub was an added luxury! The kids loved playing in both the gardens and there was plenty of space for the 8 of us."

Nice and light and airy. Outlook to the fields behind. Spa.
I asked a number of questions via Booking.com before arrival and none of them were answered. So the agency gets zero points 😕.
Strange heating controls. This was mainly due to the main thermostat being located next to the boiler cupboard on the first floor.
The bedrooms on the ground and first floor were small and didn't have much space other than the bed

Check in was nice and simple. The house was lovely and clean. The location was great, especially having parking. The hot tub was an added bonus!
We had two small children, so having no railings on the edge of the garden wall made it a little unsafe for them. There’s also no bolt to shut the side gate, which again, with little ones isn’t ideal.

The location of the property was great. The size of the property was good. Nice garden for the kids and the hot tub.
The hot tub wasn’t working at first but the owner soon sorted it after giving him a message.
The layout was a little strange. Walking up and down stairs from the lounge to the kitchen, we had to walk past the bedrooms where the kids were and the bottom stairs were really noisy, so when you went to get drinks from the kitchen etc it disturbs the kids.

Incredible! Feels so luxurious and well designed.
Facilities are great - especially the main kitchen dinner.
Nothing. It was great.
If I had to name one thing it would be the downstairs bed was too small and I had to sleep on the sofa.

Spacious kitchen, hot tub, comfy beds and modern look. The property is great for companies of up to 8 people. There is a nice view from the windows as well.
The sink in the master bedroom bathroom is very small and located not very conveniently so when you wash hands or brush teeth it's inevitable that you would splash water on the floor.
Entrance to a ground floor bedroom is very close to the entrance to the house so if corridor gets messy after hikes it can be challenging to get into the bedroom without catching dirt.
But these are very minor disadvantages, so I still believe the property is 10 out of 10.

Lovely views to the rear and just a short ride to the town centre. Well placed for visiting other parts of the Peak District. Clean and modern. Nice little garden. We were unable to make use of the hot tub or garden because of the dreadful weather. Quick response from Alex regarding a replacement clothes horse to help dry washing.
Upon reflection, a town house probably wasn’t the best choice for really young children. We thought it could do with a tumble drier and it would be a bonus if the hot tub was sheltered for wet days. We also struggled with the heating because despite our best efforts it still came on in the middle of the night. It meant the evenings were a bit chilly and the nights a bit too hot. Also the radiators in both the bathroom and en suite never came on at all, so it was hard to dry towels and a bit cold coming out of the shower or bath. If we’d been staying longer, we may well have brought up these last two issues with Alex.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location right next to miles of fields and sheep. Hot tub was a nice touch. Bedrooms were plenty big enough. Kitchen was amazing and really big. Would live there in a heartbeat
Slight mishap when we arrived which was quickly resolved but meant we checked in about 30 minutes late.
