The location was excellent and the staff, very caring. They offer lots of activities to enjoy Hoi An even more. The views from the breakfast floor are beautiful.
The public restrooms weren’t very clean and given that reception was open, I could see a rat inside. I booked a mixed dorm because the app said there wasn’t a female dorm available. I was the only female. I asked to be changed and ended up in a female dorm.
