Nicely decorated inside and close to all amenities
The bathroom was a bit dirty upon arrival but it didn’t impact our stay

Location ,close to beach and High street. Cottage felt friendly and welcoming. Nicely decorated and had all we needed. Would definitely visit again. Agent was helpful and acted immediately when needed.
Parking was an issue but just about possible. Crockery could do with a sort out! Would have liked a few more coffee mugs, less of an incoherent assortment. Stairs were a bit of a challenges narrow and steep but fine if taken carefully, part of the quirky nature of an old cottage. A dishwasher would have been nice.

Great location. Cosy cottage.
Bath was unusable - the overflow wasn't connected so water just flooded onto the floor and the bath plug wasn't working properly. The stairs are steep, which is common in many Southwold cottages, but probably not suitable for those with limited mobility, particularly as the bathroom is downstairs. No dishwasher and no washer. Limited unmatching crockery in kitchen.
