The property was only a couple of metres from the beach, which is what I wanted. The shops were only a short distance away too.
The property was well equipped, comfortable and relaxing.
The bedrooms were well decorated and very relaxing.
The stairs, they were very narrow and steep, but easy to get used too.

Beautiful cottage, great Decor and styling..Lots of room, and a great Location..4 mins from High Street,200yards from Beach and a Wine Glass away from The Sole Inn.Would recommend highly.

Nicely decorated inside and close to all amenities
The bathroom was a bit dirty upon arrival but it didn’t impact our stay

Great location. Cosy cottage.
Bath was unusable - the overflow wasn't connected so water just flooded onto the floor and the bath plug wasn't working properly.
The stairs are steep, which is common in many Southwold cottages, but probably not suitable for those with limited mobility, particularly as the bathroom is downstairs.
No dishwasher and no washer. Limited unmatching crockery in kitchen.
