Aestas vergia apartments

The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. It featured AC, a TV, a medium-sized fridge and a balcony with a retractable sun shade. The host, Eleni was wonderful, she answered every question we had, she also provided soap, shampoo. towels, blankets, glasses, plates, coffee with sugar and bread with marmalade. This is a perfect stay for a short summer break with a BLUE FLAG Beach with clear waters and a lifeguard (1m walk - beachfront). This room should define how Greek rooms should look like - we are already considering booking for the next year, The place is located on a 13m drive from Nea Kalikratia, it is quite small but has a Taverna, Giros/Pizza place and a supermarket. Parking is safe, you can park on the street where the apartments are or 50m away on a large free parking area, where there is always room to park.

Not things we hated, but worth noting: besides going to the beach, there is nothing nearby unless you drive to Kalikratia and the bathroom was quite small in our room, so taking a shower makes a mess in the bathroom. There is also nowhere to cook if you want to stay longer (this is mentioned by the property in the description - so it is expected).

Δεν υπήρχε χώρος για ακουμπήσει κάποιος τη βαλίτσα ή τον σάκο του και έπρεπε να τα έχει στο πάτωμα.Τα δωμάτια ήταν το ένα μετά το άλλο σε ένα μπαλκόνι με αποτέλεσμα να λειτουργεί το μπαλκόνι σαν διάδρομος, γεγονός που σε ανάγκαζε να είσαι συνέχεια με κλειστές κουρτίνες.

Am găsit un somiere improvizat sub saltea, făcut numai din scânduri subțiri, iar jumătate din scânduri era deja ruptă. Personalul de curățenie a venit doar o singură dată în 8 zile. Nu a venit nimeni să ia măcar gunoiul din camera, ar trebuit să ne ocupăm noi de acest lucru. Baia a fost enorm de mică.

Vodili su racuna o svakom detalju kada su uređivali prostor. Sve je novo, cisto i udobno. Dobar krevet i jastuci, kvalitetna posteljina, mrezice za komarce na svim prozorima i vratima, boca vina za docek, blizina plaze... Sve pohvale za smestaj.

Taverna ispod smestaja je bila bucna, pa nismo mogli da spavamo sa otvorenim prozorima.
