The beach is one of the best in Halkidiki. The room is 3 minutes away, I’d be back.

Related to what we payed, very good place. Although close to the beach (a very nice blue flag one), it was silence during the night, so we could really get some rest. Clean place, very good for a family of 2 or 3.

Not enough space for a family of 4, but if you only sleep there and no need to stay too much in the room, than it is ok.

quiet, clean, close to beach, internet = 10 spacious and comfortable = 9 (hosts are very good and pleasant i discussed this with Stavro the owner already, but for the future users of booking lets explain a bit) i would have given 10 out of 10 (the property is really almost perfect) if those 3 things mentioned in what i didnt like were done properly (according to my opinion which for someone might not be even noticeable) Everything is new/renovated, and just a hint for those who have troubles with mosquitoes, guys the apartment has THE BEST mosquito nets from all the places i went to in Greece.

- a bit complicated to get to Vergia (not the apartment itself but the whole village) if you come from Sozopoli since the google maps show you a road which does not exist (you will have to drive around a bit and this is not related to the apartment itself so i don't think the owners cant do anything with it but it is good to be aware of) You better take the exit to Nea Kalikratia and then use the local road to get to Vergia. - place the air conditioner to blow from over the couch towards the bedroom/kitchen (it fixes 2 things, not blowing directly onto the couch, it cools the bedroom better) - put an electric outlet socket close to the couch so that lazy grownups (like me) can plug in their laptop when sitting on the couch (can easily be fixed with an extension cord from the socket behind the TV, yes i know i pay too much attention to details but thats a bit of a professional deformation once you spend most of your work life searching for imperfections) - the couch is perfect as additional bed for kids (not so much for someone having 100kg) so if you use only the main bed this won't be an issue for your (in our case our daughter wanted to sleep with mom so i had to do the "sacrifice")

Apartman se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji, deli ga ulica od plaze. Apartman je cist, uredan sa novim i lepim stvarima i poseduje sve sto je potrebno, dobijali smo ciste i lepe peskire, tople vode za tusiranje ima uvek, klima radi odlicno i parking je obezbedjen. Domacini su vrlo profesionalni i brinu o udobnosti gostiju, svaka preporuka! Zaista nemam ni jedno lose iskustvo. Udoban smestaj sa lepom terasom.
