Perfect location for access to both Aldeburgh town itself and Snape Maltings.
Parking voucher.
Everything easy to use - shower, lights, TV.
Sitting out area communal/overlooked.
Not as clean as I think it should have been - eg trays in kitchen needed wiping before use, carpets not thoroughly Hoovered, skirting boards harboured weeks of dust

Very comfortable little house. Cosy
The mattress in the single room was uncomfortable. Didn't like the foam second layer. Wasn't aware of shared garden. However a potential social area to meet other guests.

The house is very cosy and warm and comfortable. You have all you need in the house. If you have a dog it's great as there is an enclosed patio area out of the back door. Also if you have a child, the small room is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Everyone was wonderful! The only negative thing was the main bed is very hard and the sofa very uncomfortable to sit on.
