Difficult to find - at first attempt Small uphill return from town may not suit all Need to state about low beams into lounge and kitchen

Locality. Large dining room. Well stocked kitchen

For how much we paid I would’ve expected it to be cleaner. The conservatory desperately needs money spent on it especially the door that is rotten. Difficult accessing the parking when neighbour is parked. Towels were for someone about a size 6, absolutely tiny. The toilet brush in the en-suite was dirty, when used faecal matter came out. All the metal studs on the highchair were rusty. When stripped the main bed the duvet was stained. Bin in downstairs loo rusty & old. Garden was messy & untidy. All windows were dirty. Floors hadn’t been cleaned as all our feet were dirty by end of first night there. Kettle in desperate need of descaling.
