The villa is in a very quiet location with one taverna walking distance . We liked this and new in advance but some may prefer more facilities near by .

We had the most amazing 10-night stay at Summertime Villa in Davgata, Kefalonia. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday. The pool, outdoor space, and beautiful views made it such a relaxing place to stay. A special thank you to Dora and Michaela, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Michaela kept the villa beautifully clean, and they both surprised us with thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which was such a kind and personal touch. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The location was peaceful yet only a short drive from Argostoli and many lovely beaches, making it the perfect base for exploring the island. We made so many wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend Summertime Villa to anyone visiting Kefalonia. Thank you for such a fantastic stay – we hope to return one day!

Alles war tip top sauber und sehr gepflegt! Die Unterkunft ist zudem sehr gut ausgestattet - es war alles vorhanden, was man so im Alltag benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Unsere Ankunft war perfekt organisiert und wir haben bereits im Vorfeld alle wichtigen Informationen erhalten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Summertime Villas. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villas were spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and it was clear that Dora, Elena, and Mikaela had thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. Although the villas are in a small, peaceful village with limited facilities within walking distance, we were welcomed with thoughtful essentials including bread, cereal, jam, tea, coffee, milk, and bottled water, which was such a lovely touch after arriving. One of the highlights of our stay was celebrating my dad’s birthday. Dora, Elena, and Mikaela even arranged a beautiful birthday cake for him, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the occasion extra special. The views from the balconies were simply incredible, overlooking the mountains and the sea. One evening we walked the short distance (about 30 metres) to the local taverna and enjoyed a beautiful meal with stunning views. Our family of 11 rented two of the three villas, which worked perfectly. Having two private pools gave everyone plenty of space to relax. We were also able to self-cater easily by picking up groceries from Lidl, which is only about a 15-minute drive away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Summertime Villas to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully cared-for place to stay. We hope to return!
