At the time while booking on 25/09/2025 it was shown on the screen that the amount 6940/- includes all the three meals and after confirming the reservation it was reflected that the package includes breakfast and the objection was raised on the same time on WhatsApp , but was not replied , then phone call was made and assurance was made to adjust but was denied at the time of check-in and amount of extra 2000/- was demanded. On request only Rs 1000/- were negotiated and we had to pay Rs 1000/- unnecessarily.

Rester à quai de 19h à 8h du matin. Le bateau est resté sur le lac. Il a fallu payer un supplément pour aller pendant 1 heure sur les canaux.
