Very good location. About 5 min on foot to Triana district, 8 min on foot to arena de toros. The apartment was very clean, the neighborhood is great with many places within 10 min walk where you can eat well.
The only mancament is the lack of too much light due to windows that overlook the patio. It is not a big deal as the my overall opinion about the place is very positive.
