    Location is too bad, it’s too remote if you have big car it’s very dangerous to reach the location and not worth of your time and money to stay in this hotel

    Began with People's Beer as the choice for a welcome drink! Who gives Beer as a welcome drink? Very very appealing! Since occupancy was low, we had the entire pool and the Lounge and Restaurant nearly to ourselves. Great Breakfast spread and very courteous and welcoming staff. Would love to come again.

    It was the most relaxing stay i have ever been to. The location, the entire place, the staff. If you are looking to stay and relax at the place- go for it. However, if you are looking to explore nearby places, i would not recommend it as its in an isolated area where finding a ride is hard.

    Overall, the stay was average, with both positive and negative aspects. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. They informed us that they could provide only one key card because they had run out of additional key cards, which was understandable but somewhat inconvenient. One area that needs attention is the property’s cleanliness and ambience. There was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the elevator. At first, I thought it was limited to the ground and first floors, but the smell continued in the hallways leading to Room 206 as well. The room itself could have been better maintained. The floor felt sticky, and the bed sheets also had a slightly sticky feel, which affected the overall comfort. On a positive note, the bathroom was reasonably clean. Given the room rate of approximately ₹15,000–₹16,000 per night, I expected a higher standard of upkeep and presentation, especially from an ITC property. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.
