Cat Ba SOL Beach

We came to this place, after being at cat ba beach 1, which is a full on construction side. This place was nice and quite at night and has pool and Billard to offer. The food was amazingly good as well, we were at first not sure about it, seeing 3 kind of menus, but it was really good.

I had stayed there before, that was the reason I wanted to go back. Booked a dorm bed. But this time I did not feel welcome at all. This is a feedback for the owner. They are short staffed. It’s like a family business. A husband and wife, with their baby are working and living there, there is another lady at the reception and another young boy. There is so much to do, and very little people so, people are busy all the time. If you are an empathetic person, it’s a struggle to ask something. Young mother is always with her baby, I felt like I shouldn’t ask something because she is busy. The other lady, probably has extra workload because the young mother is paying attention to baby most of the time, and she is grumpy. She must be stressed. When I asked for my salad, she shouted “wait a moment!” in a rude way. I saw that salad was ready in the kitchen l, but there was no one to bring it because again, everyone is busy. She was mostly with no smile. Great location, nice place to stay for backpackers. I would go again, but get my services from other places such as ticket, food by myself so I don’t have to ask the staff anything. The owner, Woodstock is cool, but that place needs more employees.
