    J'ai passé une nuit pour transiter vers les alpes japonaises. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable et le personnel s'est adapté du fait que je ne parlais pas japonais. Deux inconvénients pour ma part : la chambre dispose d'une petite fenêtre qui rend la pièce complétement lumineuse dès le lever du soleil (07h dans mon cas) et la chambre est située littéralement à côté d'un cabaret qui ouvre de 20h à 05h. Ayant séjourné en semaine, la partie karaoké semble s'être arrêtée vers 02h, mais il est possible que le bruit continue plus tard les weekends.

    Stayed herewith for 3 nights with my adult daughter. Room has an aircon/heater (dual purpose) so you need to check and set accordingly to the weather. Plenty of charging points. Free internet and connection/reception is good. Room is big so it is very relaxing to move around. Bath is separated from toilet - which is good. Toilet - would really like to have a handbar to get in and out as it is raised up - for older people like me to avoid losing our balance when getting out. Next to rail track - I love trains so it does not bother me. anyway trains dont run very late at night. Check in - self check in via ipad we were lucky to catch the front desk staff who helped us (we are tourists) . This young man is very kind and brought my luggage upstairs when I exclaimed there was no lift. Thank You again. Hotel is about 5 mins (fast walker) from the train station - you can see the hotel from the train platform. Microwave and vending machines available along common area. Dislike - not much dustbins available. Will return to stay again should we visit ChichiBu again.
