The boutique hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—very close to the attractions at Grand World. There is a VinBus from Airport goes directly to the hotel- Grand wall , Just get off at the T2 bus stop at Grand World, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly place to stay. 👍😊

I arrived at the hotel/store front as the ground floor sells shoes and leather goods. The young man greeting me seemed to be put off that I am Vietnamese from the United States as there was a clear frown on his face when I handed over my pass port to check in. I had arrived early around 11:30 AM and my check in. Time was 2PM. He said I could check in my luggage but I could not be checked into the room yet. I said that would be fine as I needed to go find a place for lunch and explore the area. The area is right smack dab in the Vincom world complex with attractions, canal and a galore of restaurants and shops. I came back after lunch and exploring the area to check in to my room. The room was small. No television in the room. Small frigeratore. Bathroom was slightly dingy and looks like it only had a light scrubbing recently. The bathroom is stocked with two small body soup gel packets containing 3 Milliliters of soap and two hair shampoo packets containing about 3 milliliters of shampoo. Also no elevator in this hotel. My unit is on the third floor so dragging my luggage up to the room took an effort. The hotel is facing the canals so every night there is loud music playing until around 1030PM. Luckily I packed ear plugs. Getting up early the next day at 7AM, as I signed up for a three island snorkeling tour, the staff was no where to be seen. There is no contact number to reach them at the front desk area. So I opened the the store door and walked out hoping it would lock after I left as I did not want there leather goods to be stolen. The door locked and I proceeded with my snorkel adventures. Coming back from my all day snorkel adventures I asked the staff for more soap and shampoo packets to shower and was told that they did not have any right now and they would bring up some soon. An hour and 30 minutes later they deliver 4 little body soap packets and two shampoo packets. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate and do not have other options as staff is not responsive and rude.
