    Great stay. Staff are accommodating. Location is accessible. Beach is great. Pool is fine. Water is not a problem. Can cook in the area. Air conditioned in the rooms can be improved but otherwise, rooms are great.

    PAINAWA BEACH RESORT formerly Carmen Veranda Resort My pamangkins joined the trick-or-treat yesterday, so we booked a 6-bed dormitory (booked through Agoda). I don't recommend this place to my Filipino friends, and most especially to my foreign friends. • The door cannot be closed fully • The room has an awful smell • The toilet doesn't flush properly • Toilets have a lot of roaches • The staff at the front desk seems not to know what she's doing My pamangkins had 3 discount vouchers as a prize for the trick-or-treat which we weren't able to use since “malugi” daw sila😬. We were hoping to use it sana for our dinner and lunch. During the event, we asked a staff member if we could use all the vouchers and she said “yes” This morning the staff from the front desk said that we can use them as long as we add more orders, and this staff member showed us a chat from someone saying that too. But when we were about to order we were told that we cannot avail all 3 vouchers. Why are they kept changing their roles/policy? Terrible accommodation plus terrible service equals idk.
