ខ្ញុំមានបទពិសោធន៍ល្អណាស់នៅ Billy Hotel។ បន្ទប់ស្អាត និងមានរបៀបរៀបចំល្អ។ គ្រែមានផាសុខភាព និងអាចធ្វើឱ្យខ្ញុំគេងបានស្រួល។ ប្រព័ន្ធ self check-in ងាយស្រួល និងមិនចាំបាច់រង់ចាំ។ បុគ្គលិកមានភាពរួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ និងឆ្លើយតបរហ័សពេលមានសំណួរ។ ទីតាំងក៏ល្អ ស្ថិតនៅជិតទីផ្សារ និងកន្លែងទេសចរណ៍។ ខ្ញុំនឹងត្រឡប់មកស្នាក់នៅម្តងទៀត និងណែនាំមិត្តភក្តិឱ្យមកស្នាក់នៅទីនេះផងដែរ។

Very good location

The room was clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay.

I always leave my lingerie on bed before I leave hotel. One day after I return to the hotel, my lingerie is gone! I reached out to the hotel and I was told that only with the police can they view the cctv. I think the thief knows that policy so the thief didn’t steal my iPad on the table and they focus on things like lingeries because they are cheaper and usually people don’t want to go through the trouble reporting to police. I think female travelers should avoid this place because I don’t know, maybe they even put hidden cameras in the rooms. The location of this hotel is NOT Nampo. It is 3-4 stations away from Nampo and is a 30-40min walk to Nampo. It is in between 2 subway stations and each one is a 10-15 min walk. There is a cleaning lady that comes by at 10pm to 1am and she’s really lovely and helpful. Although there is not front desk person, you can ring the bell and someone will speak with you. For the price of the hotel, it is ok clean. Just some stains on the wall. Lastly, I searched on social media after the theft incident and found out that this was one of the hotels that canceled BTS fans bookings and raised prices.
