    Worst rooms, see pics for stains on bedsheets, webs all over rooms, no WiFi inside room have to go outside only in lobby sitting place signal is coming, no towels provided, when asked staff about stains on sheets he said they new ones 🙄. Charging 2000 for this dirty rooms is waste of money.

    Overall, the room cleanliness was acceptable; however, the experience was disappointing in several important areas. The bedsheet provided had visible blood stains and was clearly not washed properly, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a family stay. Basic amenities like soap and towels were not provided initially. Even after requesting multiple times, they gave only two towels for four people, which shows poor service standards. The room tariff is on the higher side, but the facilities and service do not justify the cost. Early check-in was strictly denied despite repeated requests. I was traveling with my family and a small baby, carrying heavy luggage, yet there was no consideration or flexibility from the hotel staff. Due to this inconvenience, I was forced to book another hotel with 24-hour charges just to rest for barely three hours. This resulted in unnecessary extra expense and stress. Overall, it was a very bad and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.
