    Place was quiet, which was what we wanted. Staff were friendly, places to eat at were nearby. Definitely worth every penny.

    Everything is perfect except… the noise, if you’re a light sleeper stay away from the King or Queen room which are both facing the main road. Windows are not sound proof. The Wi-Fi/Netflix is intermittent to none. Again, cleanliness, room fixture, staff and pricing are amazing, will book again if we’re in Naga but will get an inner room.

    The hotel is strategically located and is very near the church and the plaza. It is expensive compared to other hotels around but the price is competitive for its facilities and services

    It's a good hotel if your budget is a bit tight. Otherwise, stay somewhere else. Though in fairness the room is decent, commensurate to what you paid for. However the aircon is not strong enough and quite noisy if you set it to the max. The surrounding area is quite noisy too. The room i was in has a kettle and cups but they don't provide complementary coffee or tea. No soap either, they only provide toilet paper (on request). Contacting the frontdesk was a challenge as the telephone attached to the wall is not working. So I had to go downstairs to request for a toilet paper.
