    My experience at Central Inn was extremely disappointing. The moment we stepped into the room, there was an overpowering smell of cleaning liquid that made it hard to even breathe. We had to keep the window open for a long time just to make the room tolerable. Cleanliness was a major issue. The pillows, bedsheets, towels, and even the headrest cushions had visible stains (pictures attached). The washroom walls were stained, the washroom door frame was broken, and shockingly, a towel was being used as a door mat inside the washroom. We had booked the room for 4 people, yet basic amenities were poorly provided—only one small soap and a ₹1 Clinic Plus shampoo sachet were given, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was decent. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic hygiene or service standards. Definitely not worth the price or the expectations set.
