I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The property itself is quite old, and at first glance it looked almost abandoned due to the condition of the building and surroundings. The first room I was given was in terrible shape, with mold inside the shelves, peeling paint, and an overall neglected appearance. Since I have a dust allergy, the condition of the room quickly became a problem, so I requested a room change. While the second room was slightly better, it still lacked basic amenities. There was no proper shower, and during a bath, the water supply stopped unexpectedly. For the price I paid (over ₹900 per night), I expected much better. None of the rooms had a TV, the bed was quite small, and many things in the room appeared broken or poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel felt shabby and in need of significant renovation. If this were a budget stay at a much lower price, I might have been more understanding. However, at this price point, there are far better options available. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

We booked this oval retreat center after seeing photos on the booking site and Google Maps that showed a spotless, well-kept room. The reality was very different. The building itself looked run-down and abandoned compared to its online listing, and the elevator stopped working from day two, though the staff did send someone to fix it. Our first room was in poor condition — fungus on the lower walls, stained bedsheets and pillows despite being told they’d been washed, a faded and untrustworthy wardrobe, and a door lock that didn’t function properly. The furniture throughout, including the sofas, looked old and worn. We asked to switch rooms and were moved to one with a balcony. The view was nice, but the room itself was in the same poor state. The bathroom had a wobbly, unstable wash basin that wasn’t safe to use. For over ₹1,000 per room per night, this stay wasn’t worth even half the price. The photos online do not reflect the actual condition of the property, and I’d caution other travelers not to book based on the pictures alone. On top of the room issues, the staff support was lacking — questions were met with vague, non-committal answers, and at one point we were essentially told that this is what you get for ₹1,000
