Apartamento grande , confortável e limpo muito bem equipado .
A vizinha de baixo fez churrasco e entrou toda a fumaça pela churrasqueira do apartamento, creio que deve ser algum problema na tubulação, chegamos no ap e estava branco de fumaça , o cheiro impregnou em tudo . Avisamos os responsáveis porém não foi tomada nenhuma medida .

O prédio é muito bem cuidado, áreas comuns sempre cheirosas. O apartamento é uma graça, bem decorado, com ótimos utensílios, produtos de limpeza, bem completo. Estava bem limpinho e cheiroso. Ótimo chuveiro. Localização ótima com tudo perto.
A garagem realmente é bem apertada, dá um pouquinho de trabalho pra estacionar. Como sugestão sugiro que troquem o colchão de solteiro que fica no lado da parede. Está muito ruim.
