The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, 2 bathrooms, one social and one of the suite. It has 2 balconies, one with barbecue. Furnished and with kitchen utensils, washing machine and iron. Ceiling fans and laptops. The apartment with great location, close to the mall, Tamar project, Ubatuba Aquarium, several stores, restaurants. On the waterfront avenue you can hire schooner and boat trips to visit the islands and beaches in the region. The fit is 10/15 minutes from the beaches of tenório and praia grande.

O apartamento é um apartamento simples, de praia, que nos permite ficarmos a vontade. É arejado, claro e de fácil acesso à tudo.
Só o que não apreciamos e que o Carlos não nos comunicou, é que o apartamento não possui elevador e para se chegar no apartamento é necessário subir 3 níveis, num total de 59 degraus. Para aqueles que possuem dificuldade de locomoção ou alguma outra limitação, o apartamento não é indicado.
Mas no geral o local é agradável
