It is not bad apartment. However the service is not so good. It is not apartment for two persons, for one - maybe. Too small, and in the present pictures in Booking it is looks like bigger that it is.

It was a very big frustration that when we have come to the apartment, it was not been ready. We came after the indicated check-in (15:00) time, we were at 15:30. Besides, we specially planned our trip and time with purpose to be in time considering the indicated check-in. As the compliment The manager suggested us to check-out from the appratment by one hour later. However, it was not relevant for us, as we have flight, and we are planing the check-out considering requirements. And we informed about it the manager. Besides, the floor in the bethroom was simply filled with water. Of course, we have already questions on cleaning the bethroom. Furthemore, the small holder for shower was broken. The aircondition is noisy in the room with sofa. This room does not have any windows and without conditioner you could not receive any air for breathing. You have sofa in the room with kichen and no any space between sofa and kitchen table, one step to the kitchen equipment, one step to the the entrance door. If you open window in the second room, it is too noisy from the street.
