Beautiful central apartment

Location is unbeatable, amazing views. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Friendly support staff.

Could have been better

Very nice view, in the middle of the Lungolago from Ascona.

The apartment is at the last floor, there is no elevator and it’s difficult to reach for a certain category of guests- it was unfortunately my mother’s case. The window of the bathroom is towards the lobby of the building, which is extremely stinky. When one goes out of the apartment is literally disgusted about the heavy smell- not sure what that is. There is no mosquitos net at the windows, although the location is just two steps away from the lake. In the kitchen found some insect that hided under the fridge- couldn’t identify them. In the morning was everything extremely loud at the piazza- since there are some restaurants long the lake area that I suppose received some deliveries and talked out loud shortly before 7 o’clock. There is no air conditioner, so it might be in the summertime extremely hot- it was not our case, we had nice weather, but it was not hot. Would also add a kind suggestion for your future guests: try to be friendlier on the phone. We found the key of the apartment but we where confused about where the apartment is, so I called at the location to ask some extra information. The lady that answered, instead of helping, that it’s written in the description on the Booking- quite unfriendly to be honest. Taking oneself time to explain where the apartment is takes maybe one minute, we spoke Italian, there’s no difficulty if there’s the will to comunicate. Quite bitter and hopefully would improve your manners with your future guests. We are often in Ascona, but won’t book the apartment again.

Noise from restaurant and street music was loud in the afternoon and evening. Morning better, but still some noise from cleaning and service cars for the restaurants

Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore von den Zimmern und der gemütlichen Terrasse aus.

Wir konnten den Fernseher nicht starten, war aber nicht dringend nötig, deshalb haben wir uns auch nicht bei den Eigentümern gemeldet. Eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Es war wunderschön, wir kommen wieder!

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem Traumhaft schönen Ausblick. Aus jedem Zimmer sieht man auf den See. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Möbel passend zum Tessin.

Leider enttäuschend, nur die Lage war sehr schön.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Kontakt Person war sehr freundlich.

Es war unser erstes Mal in einem Ferienwohnung und leider war nicht schön. Bisher sind wir immer in Hotel gegangen. Wir haben eine Ferienwohnung gebucht mit Heizung und Kamin aber leider hatten wir beides nicht. Den Kamin war da, aber wir durften nicht benutzen. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und wir hatten nur zwei ganz kleine Heizung, was nicht genug war. Was die Sauberkeit der Wohnung anbelangt, so hatte sie eine Menge Mängel.
