Helpful and friendly staff. Great, central location.
Lots of television channels in English but no access to Netflix or Prime Video. Not an important matter but worth mentioning.

Amazing swimming pool, hot tub and cold tub! Staff were good. Good location. Decent room. Breakfast was good.
Airconditioning was hard to tune so we were changing it several times per night. And at certain settings the fan makes a banging sound.

Room & linen look old It is a Syariah hotel which do not sell any alcoholic drinks incl local beer which is extreme.
