This is easily one of the best hotels in Makassar! A huge thank you to Chef Sigit for the incredible service. He thoughtfully prepared a beautiful, complimentary cake for my daughter while she was competing at the venue, which made our experience so special.
I recommend providing Josua Ari Nana with additional training on handling guest requests. Specifically, he would benefit from guidance on when it is appropriate to mention extra charges, as not every request requires it.

The staff were helpful, and the overall environment was pleasant.
The toilet could use some improvement, and the room lighting was insufficient. Brighter lighting would make the room feel much more comfortable. and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.
