    I booked a 4-night stay at Summit Signature Hotel OUG Kuala Lumpur, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I ended up leaving early because it was completely unbearable. They refused to give a refund, so I had to waste my money and book a better hotel elsewhere. Here are the reasons why you should avoid this place: Misleading Information: The name on the navigation system and the actual hotel name do not match at all. It was incredibly confusing just to find the place. To make matters worse, you have to pay extra for parking! Extremely Unsanitary: The hygiene here is shocking. The floors, pillows, cups, and electric kettle were all filthy. The pillows had disgusting brown stains on them (see photos). Zero Amenities: Apart from towels, absolutely nothing else is provided. The wall dispenser in the bathroom was practically empty. Terrible Odor & Ambience: There is a heavy, awful smell that starts from the lobby and follows you all the way into the elevator and room. The bed was completely saggy and broken, causing me severe body aches. The lights in the room kept flickering constantly. I had to turn them off entirely, leaving the room dark, gloomy, and depressing. No Service / No Housekeeping: They do not clean the rooms automatically. I left my trash bags outside the door, and they sat there for 3 days untouched. When I confronted the front desk, they casually told me that housekeeping is "only provided upon request." Zero Connectivity: The hotel Wi-Fi doesn't work at all, and there is absolutely no mobile signal inside the room. I couldn't even use my own phone's hotspot, which completely disrupted my ability to work. This place is unlivable, poorly managed, and completely a rip-off. Save your money, your health, and your sanity—stay somewhere else!

    The bedsheet had blood stain. Upon complaining, the housekeeping and and changed the sheet for us, Which means it wasnt changed upon previous checkout. Disgusting
