Very clean ideal location

Location, price, balcony view, and friendly staff — everything was great! I read many reviews saying there was no hot water or that it took a long time to heat up, but we didn’t have any problems at all — the water was always hot. Some people also mentioned that the electric stove heats up slowly, but actually, it’s the opposite: level 1 heats up quickly, and level 6 is the slowest. 😄✌🏼 There’s even a note on the kitchen wall explaining this. The street is very quiet, and we could barely hear any noise from the neighbors.

The only thing, perhaps, is that no one told us we needed to drain the water from the air conditioner containers on the balcony (maybe the staff was supposed to do it). But it wasn’t a problem for us — we emptied the water ourselves, and everything was fine. That was the only minor issue in the apartment, and it didn’t bother us at all. Everything else was great! We definitely recommend this place!

The location was great. The apartment was clean.

The apartment contents are very dated. The apartment had a stale smell of cigarette smoke and more worryingly had not one fire alarm fitted. The beds are uncomfortable. The springs in one were broken. The hob takes over 2 hours to heat the water in the kettle for tea/coffee. To make toast you must hold the button down on the toaster to toast the bread - one piece at a time. The towels had black marks on them and are not changed regularly. The air con had to be emptied constantly. I informed the agent via booking.com that there maybe an issue with this to be told we should empty this regularly an keep at 21 degrees which we had but this needed emptying at least 4 times?
