La situación, limpieza, comodidad (!), vistas y la amabilidad de los encargados de la recepción .
Por poner un algo, el baño es muy pequeño pero el lavabo y la ducha son independientes, lo que también es una ventaja a tener en cuenta.

La ubicación. Primera línea de playa: levantarse y desayunar en la terraza con esas vistas es un regalo. Además la zona en cuanto a hostelería, tiendas y demás está muy bien ubicado, aunque supongo que en verano será ruidoso. Las camas nos parecieron muy cómodas.
Al apartamento le faltan varios detalles para poder estar realmente cómodo, como por ejemplo: al armario del salón donde guardan la vajilla le faltan varios tornillos y cada vez que necesitábamos algo, se desencajaba todo. Además, le faltaba alguna balda porque los platos y vasos estaban abajo del todo, a ras del suelo. En las habitaciones más de lo mismo, lo que se supone que eran las mesillas de noche, eran en realidad banquetas y no se podía guardar nada. La puerta del salón y cocina chirriaban, y en la encimera de la cocina no podías dejar nada de comida porque salían hormigas.
