Apartman se nalzi ispod Kninske tvrđave pa je pogled na tvrđavu tijekom noći prekrasan. Sam apartman je odličan. Prostran je i dobro uređen. Puno dodatnih stvari poput više vrsta čaja i kave. Veliki bojler omogućava puno tople vode. Cijeli stan je bio ugodno topao pri dolasku. Komunikacija s vlasnicom na nivou. Apsolutno sve na nivou.
Ulaz u zgradu gdje je apartman nije na nivou, ali to nije vezano za sam apartman. Sef gdje se nalazi ključ je malo raskliman i bilo bi ga dobro učvrstiti. U apartmanu postoji prostorija koja je zaključana i ne može se u nju. Nije da je prostorija potrebna, ali je čudan osjećaj. Susjedi su bili malo bučni (mogao se čuti njihov razgovor i upaljeni TV).
