This was my worst experience since I reserve accomodations on booking.

The location was 16 km-s from the bus station, which was not clear at all. "Overnatning Filskov Omme Landevej 10 is a recently renovated apartment situated in Grindsted" is written on booking. The apartment WAS NOT in Grindsted and it was a crumbly house with a messy yard. The host offerred one free transport from the bus sation to the house. The car seats werre dirty and the car boot was full, we could put in our luggage (4 bags, 7-8 kg each) hardly. The host said that other transports will cost 2 euro/km. We reserved 3 nights, which means 5 transfers on 16 km, 150 euros. We did not agree with this. Then he offered by phone 3 bikes for us. When we arrived and asked him to show us the bikes, he said the bikes are in service now and we will get them tomorrow. This was really suspicios. The flat was really dirty with a strong mold and dirt smell, as you can see on the photos. In that dirty bathroom did not work the lamp, was not toilet paper. In the bedroom was not pillowcase on my sons pillow and the towels were wet. We arrived there at 9 in the evening, we could not find another apartment then and we must stay in this house a night. We payd for three nights at reservation. I am really amazed that on booking.com exists apartments like this.

Terrible experience

First, we didn't had possibility to sleep there, because we could find person who can give to us room, event the person was warned what we will be late. But when we arrived, owner haven't pick up phone and we couldn't find her. So we was in need to find another place to sleep. Secondly, house looking as there lives homeless people, full of broken things garden. Inside of the house smells as there is 10 dirty and wet dogs. Bathroom, which people must to share is dirty and stinks. And for the last, because we was a 2 families, first family had possibility to see them room, it was terrible, in room stinked, bedsheets was dirty, bed full of sand. Room was looking as storage room, there was mattresses in room just stored. And I can say, as minimum, owner should say to us sorry and give a full refund.

It was a room with sharing bathroom and kitchen all the information on website is wrong and the owner of the property is very unlikely they don't want to people stay with them I don't know why they are offering there place for rent .

!!!ACHTUNG , HIER NICHT BUCHEN!!!

Leider hat alles gefällt. Wir hatten vier Einzelzimmer gebucht. Es gab aber nur 3. Es kam für uns leider nicht in Frage dann dort zu bleiben. Die einsicht und Verständniss des Vermieters hat gefällt, das ihnen ein Fehler unterlaufen ist. Sie wollrn uns nur 50% des Preises zurückgeben. Dann diskutieren sie mit uns herum obwohl sie ein Fehler gemacht haben. Die Küche ist sehr ekelhaft. Da würde ich mir nicht mal in der Mikrowelle verpacktes Essen warm machen. Die Zimmer sahen so weit ich das sehen konnte auf den ersten Blick aus wie auf den Bildern. Aber das ganze Anwesen ist alt verdreckt und überhaupt nicht einladend. Die Bilder stimmen nicht mehr zu 100% überein. Vorallem die Terrasse nicht. Wir haben Bilder gemacht und sind in Kontakt mit Booking. Unmöglich, dass solch ein Host überhaupt gelistet ist. Es wirkt leider so als wären sie nur auf die

Die Bedingungen dort waren eine Zumutung, es war sehr unordentlich, in der Unterkunft war ein starker Schimmelgeruch, der Hof war total dreckig, es stand ein kaputtes altes Auto auf dem Hof. Einfach nur gruselig.

Der var en flok polakker som kom op at slås, huset er meget rodet og toilettet kun ikke låses. Det enste positive var at værten var sød og at der var forholdvis rent. Kommer ikke igen.

Für unsere Reise ins Filskov haben wir nach einer pragmatischen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für zwei Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern gesucht um zwei Tage Legoland zu erleben. Dass Einfachheit Sauberkeit scheinbar ausschliessen kann, haben wir hier schmerzlich gelernt und teuer bezahlt. Uns erwartete ein kleines Appartement in einem heruntergekommenen Haus, das schon auf den ersten Eindruck deutlich bessere Tage gesehen hat. Der Zustand des Appartement selbst war eine kolossale ZUMUTUNG. Schmutzige Bettwäsche und schmierige Armaturen, lose Bretter auf der Terrasse, totes Ungeziefer auf dem Fussboden in Speisekammer und Bad, Schimmel in den Ecken, Essensreste von Vormietern und ein abgestandener, feuchter Geruch, der darauf hinweist, dass hier sehr lange nicht mehr gelüftet und offensichtlich auch nicht gereinigt wurde. Als große Gruppe, die spät anreist, waren wir leider komplett alternativlos und so haben verbrachten wir eine schlaflose Nacht. Direkt morgens wandten wir uns an die Vermietung um über Nachbesserung oder Stornierung zu sprechen, aber Sie können es sich denken – wir sind vorzeitig abgereist und auf den Kosten sitzen geblieben. Was bleibt, ist der ernüchternde Eindruck, dass dies entweder Methode hat, mindestens aber schon häufiger vorgekommen ist, denn auf den versprochenen Rückruf warten wir noch heute.
