Great, relaxing stay in an apartment with view.

The apartment has the most wonderful view of the Lago d'Iseo. The garage could take our car with top box and bikes on the back - though we couldn't close the garage. The apartment had all appliances we needed, only the cheese grater was missing. I especially liked that you could separate the trash properly and there were additional cleaning supplies, such as a broom and a floor mop. The couch was comfy, the beds a little hard, but that's a personal favor. Communicating with the owner via WhatsApp was very easy and quick. The town is sweet, but if you want to explore the lake area more you need a car.

If you wish, in just 100 metres, you can take the boat from Riva di Solto and visit Montisola and other small villages along Iseo lake, You can have breakfast and other meals on the balcony watching and enjoying a wonderful lake view. I do recommend staying at Alex's lake House if you visit the Iseo Lake. Thank you! We will be back soon. Federico and Miriana

Urlaub für die Seele, alles kompakt in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar (kleiner Einkaufsladen, Café, Restaurant, Liegewies

Tolle Lage direkt am See. Balkon mit grandiosem Seeblick. Es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage, gegen Aufpreis. Die Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch. So konnten wir die Koffer mit Aufzug direkt zum Auto transportieren und in der Tiefgarage laden. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich (reichlich Kaffeekapseln, Küchenrolle, Reinigungsmittel…). Viele Schränke zum verstauen.

Unterkunft besticht durch direkte Lage am See, tolle Ausstattung, sehr gute Infrastruktur, besondere Ruhe (ok, Straßensperre, aber auch sonst sehr ruhig gelegen). Ort hat alles was man braucht in Gehnähe (2 Geschäfte, ein tolles Café, 3 Restaurants und wenn die Sonne zugebissen hat, auch eine Apotheke).

Internetausfall und TEL-Netzausfall waren lästig aber verschmerzbar (lag am Anbieter), könnte ich auch unter positiv vermerken!

absolute Empfehlung

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit Seeblick und sehr ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung ( ausreichend Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, diese waren ebenfalls vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer), 2 Balkone, den Whirlpool haben wir nicht benutzt, Fahrräder, eine abgeschlossene Tiefgarage, die Anlage ist sehr gut abgesichert. Sehr nette zuverlässige Vermieterin, trotz Sprachbarriere (nur italienisch) konnten wir uns über Whatsapp dank Übersetzung verständigen.

Die italienische Mülltrennung ist etwas kompliziert - es muss in 5 Eimer sortiert werden. Sonst war alles prima.
