The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, extremely comfortable and so close to the centre for an easy commute anytime of day or evening. Would definitely stay again

Clean and quiet, very helpful staff. 7-11 nearby.
Far from BTS, need to use Grab. In Phra Khanong, not Ekkamai.

Расположение квартиры отличное, в 1 минуте ходьбы 7/11, в 5 минутах ходьбы остановка тук-тук за 10 baht, а оттуда уже 5-10 минут и можно добраться до метро и речного трамвая. Во дворе есть небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Собственная стиральная машина в квартире, чайник, плита, посуда для готовки. Удобная и чистая кровать, 2 больших и 2 маленьких полотенца. Wi fi хороший, стабильный. Хозяйка была отзывчивой, помогала если нужна была помощь
Нет ощущения уюта - отсутствуют минимальный декор. Если бы хозяин добавил 1-2 картины, цветы/вазы декоративные/свечи и другие предметы создающие уют - было бы здорово. Не было туалетной бумаги, мыла, геля для душа и шампуня, салфеток, средства для мытья посуды и мочалки. Стоимость квартиры 30-35 $ обоснованно. Но мы ее снимали за 50$ сутки и это очень дорого для такой маленькой квартиры без уюта и умывальных принадлежностей.
