The room was clean and spacious for us (2 adults, 2 kids). They sent clear self check-in details as we were arriving late and it was Songkran. They provide breakfast but not what the picture on here says. The baristas were helpful once you got over the language barrier. We could leave our bags between check out and our flight home.
It was a very strange place really! We arrived at 10pm and had instructions to self check-in (a code for the cafe door and a code for our door). The cafe door from the street wasn't locked but there was no one else staying there and no hosts at all. Anyone could enter at any point which was worrying. Our room was fine but our bathroom was across the hallway which wasn't private. We didn't see any English speaking staff for 2 nights - only 2 baristas who were friendly but not the amazing hosts that the other reviews talk about. Luckily one was Myanmar so we could communicate with her.
