The location is great as we wanted something not too far out of the city but also not in downtown. The view from the apartment is fantastic. Every morning we would have a stunning view of the table mountain and lions head. Lots of kitesurfing happening in front of the beach if you’re into that. Overall the location is nice and views from the balcony is excellent. The management called me and send over cleaning lady that did a great job and was pleasant to deal with.
The management forgot to send me check in instructions so I had to call them when I reached the apartment as no one contacted me before which was a disappointment and not a great start. The unit needs a bit of upkeep. The appliances and outdoor furniture is old. Mostly everything is out dated or looks old and needs to be changed. The apartment is at a great location and has amazing views but lacks good and clean looking interior. When you entered the apartment it feel a bit old and/or worn out. Don’t get me wrong every works and is usable but doesn’t have a clean finish fealing. They don’t have any international plugs for the outlets so make sure to buy a converter before checking in. The balcony is dirty and the railings are starting to rust. The railing that protects you from falling over are very dirty that you can even put your hand on. They have an outdoor couch for the balcony but that is also dirty and old. This unit could be so much better if the owner / management would spend a bit of money and fix it up to higher standards they could easily charge a bit more per day. Overall a good apartment but need a bit of upkeep to really make it a great apartment.

No breakfast included, kitchen cutlery, pots and utensils need to be upgraded. A number of things broken. I had to call to have the gas bottle installed in the kitchen stove as it was missing. The bathroom bath towel railings are all broken and need to be replaced.

Location and view were excellent
The apartment was not in a good state of repair, had visible damp/mould and the linen was not fresh.
We expected a higher general interior standard in an apartment in this location. The apartment needs a makeover…
