Overall good location but difficult to find by car so make sure you have the address ready before driving. Good amenities and a fairly short walk to the city centre and beach.
Property address and parking address access is different so need to double check in the PDF sent before driving there.

Property was nice.
The people made the booking stressful and uncomfortable. They demanded a deposit outside of booking.com without advising us at the time of booking. Just sent a link to a website saying our money was outstanding. Then we didn’t receive the money back for a full month. They kept trying to contact us outside of the booking.com platform even though I asked multiple times for safety to communicate through booking.com. There were people smoking in the building.
