The location was great, felt pretty safe as it was a lively area. Parking was never a problem which I was worried about. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great. I had some issues which the virtual staff attended to in the most part which was good.
It was noisy outside which I was 100% aware of before I booked, but there were also a lot of parties in the apartment next door especially at weekends. The apartment was ok very drab, and generally a bit tired, there was chewing gum in the dryer for example, which I had to clean. Limited Kitchen utensils, no tea towels, the oven smelled when I used it, the window in spare room wouldn't close which made the apartment noisy.

I liked the cleanliness and the area.
I didn’t like the parking because it made it harder for us to check out when it was time. The customer service weren’t great and it was hard to get in touch with them.
